Meet Tom Baker, founder of TB Catering Ltd

My love for food started over 27 years ago, and it’s taken me on a unique journey. For 16 years, I proudly served as a chef in the British Army, cooking for senior officials, foreign dignitaries, and members of the Royal Family. That experience shaped my discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence.

After leaving the military, I worked in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants. It honed my creativity, technical skills, and eye for presentation.

Through TB Catering Ltd, I now combine military discipline, Michelin creativity, and a passion for local food. Based in Haynes, I specialise in bespoke catering for weddings, private dining, business functions, and life’s most important occasions. My goal is simple: to create food people remember, served with care and professionalism.
