My story

I'm Tom, founder of TB Catering Ltd, and my journey with food spans over 27 years. My career began in the British Army, where I proudly served as a chef for 16 years. During that time, I had the honour of cooking for senior military officials, foreign dignitaries, and even members of the Royal Family. It was an experience that shaped my discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence.

After leaving the military, I continued my culinary path in some of the UK’s most respected kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants. These roles honed my skills and deepened my understanding of quality, creativity, and presentation.

Today, I bring that wealth of experience to TB Catering Ltd. Based out of The Greyhound in Haynes — operating from a 5-star EHO-rated kitchen — I’m proud to offer bespoke catering for weddings, private events, business functions, and more. My passion for food is rooted in creating memorable experiences for people — with every dish, every service, and every occasion.
